- Corrections: the operator, the figure believed to be wrong, and where the correct figure appears
- Operator changes: a dated screenshot of a changed package, floor or payment process is sufficient to trigger a re-measurement
- Reader queries: your state and the operators being compared
- Operator enquiries: received, with one caveat, set order is not commercially available
Outside our remit
